Who Do I Call?

You must contact the DRBA Benefits office for any of the following matters:

  • I want to initiate direct deposit of my monthly payments.
  • I want to update my Retiree Life Insurance beneficiary selection.
  • I need to report my spouse’s death.
  • I need to change my address.
  • I need a Verification of Income letter.
  • I need to report the pensioner’s death.

You can call the Payors directly for questions such as the following:

  • I want to update my direct deposit account information.
  • I haven’t received my check yet. Can you tell me if it is cashed and stop and reissue it?
  • My pension is direct deposited. Can I stop receiving the monthly advice statements?
