Who Do I Call?
You must contact the DRBA Benefits office for any of the following matters:
- I want to initiate direct deposit of my monthly payments.
- I want to update my Retiree Life Insurance beneficiary selection.
- I need to report my spouse’s death.
- I need to change my address.
- I need a Verification of Income letter.
- I need to report the pensioner’s death.
You can call the Payors directly for questions such as the following:
- I want to update my direct deposit account information.
- I haven’t received my check yet. Can you tell me if it is cashed and stop and reissue it?
- My pension is direct deposited. Can I stop receiving the monthly advice statements?
- Can I split my direct deposit into multiple accounts?
- I’ve been a victim of fraud and closed my bank account. Can you stop the direct deposit immediately and reissue a check?
- I want to change my Federal or State tax withholding election, how do I do that?
