Retire vision coverage is provided under a fully insured plan through EyeMed. EyeMed is a leading vision provider, and the plan will allow you to take advantage of their large national provider network.

If you stay within the EyeMed network of providers, you will pay a co-pay for services and supplies. If you seek care outside of the EyeMed network, you will be eligible for a small reimbursement of your claim. Call EyeMed for instructions on filing an out-of-network vision claim.
